The template can now be downloaded from four main repositories (for redundancy).
This first version, 1.1 has the commenting system fixed, two additional widget sections at the top and at the bottom and the date is fixed as well.

This first release contains all the images. Here's how to use it on Blogger / Blogspot with your Google account:

1. Download it from one of the links below.
2. Uncompress the archive using WinRar or 7zip. To get the password hover over the links.
3. Host the images either on Picasaweb.google.com or on sites.google.com. The former has unlimited bandwidth but it may mess up some large files, shrinking them, while the latter won't change anything but it has a (very high) bandwidth traffic limit. It is probably best to use sites.google.com unless you will run an extremely high traffic blog.
4. Replace all the images occurrences in the aspire-mod.xml using your favorite text editor. (You may also edit it online, after uploading it.)
5. Upload aspire-mod.xml to Blogger.
6. Change timestamp in Settings so that the date will stop showing "undefined".

There are numerous other tweaks that you can do to your blog in the Settings area. Explore and try the new features, there's nothing to be afraid of (you can always go back to defaults).
